Grantee Partner Demographics

The Katz Amsterdam Foundation collects demographic data from our grantee partners as part of the application process. Data collection is used to help the Foundation further its own diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives. Providing the demographic data is voluntary, and all the demographic data questions have a ‘decline to state’ option. Election not to answer specific question(s) does not impact the grantee partners in any way in the grant decision-making process. We are grateful for the information provided.

The questions focus on racial/ethnic and gender diversity at the board, executive director, and other leadership staff levels. It also includes racial/ethnic information for the organization’s population served. The charts below represent the average percentage for each category of grants made in 2023.
