Team Demographics

The Katz Amsterdam Foundation collects demographic data from our Board and Staff to be transparent about our internal diversity. We believe this information is important in furthering our diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives. Providing the demographic data is voluntary, and all the demographic data questions have a ‘decline to state’ option. Election not to participate in this survey or declining to answer a specific question(s) does not impact staff or board in any way in their employment, or service to, at KAF. The information collected is only shared in the aggregate and anonymously.
